PLEASE NOTE: We offer a 30-day return on exchanges of Eyeglasses, Sunglasses, and other products available on our site, as long as the item is not listed as a closeout. If an orders is returned within 30 days for a refund and/if a pre-paid return label is provided and used to send us the return, a $9 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. To keep our prices low, we do not offer a try-on service and we reserve the right to limit the number of items on an order and to limit the number of returns.

 

Return or Exchange an Item Due to Fit, Color, Size, or Other Preference

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on Eyeglasses and Sunglasses, for preference reasons. If a pre-paid return label is provided and the order is refunded, a $9 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

30-Day Returns & Exchange Policy

Eyeglass Frames Only; Non-Prescription Sunglasses

  • Choose to have the full purchase price either applied to an exchange, refunded to your original payment method, or converted to store credit*
  • Receive a prepaid return shipping label if returning from the continental US for exchange. Orders returned for refunds are not eligible for a prepaid label. If a pre-paid return label is provided and the order is refunded, a $9 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • Original packaging must be included

Miscellaneous products

  • Choose to have the full purchase price either applied to an exchange, refunded to your original payment method, or converted to store credit*

  • Items must be free from damage and in resalable condition

Our 1 year Warranty Coverage

Because AAA Optical Outlet prides itself on selling only the highest quality, premium products, we offer a 12-month manufacturer's warranty for all of our frames and lenses. Quality is our number one concern. If you notice any defects in your frame or lenses that are covered under our warranty (see chart below), we will repair or replace your item free of charge, as long as it is returned to us within one year of purchase.

For products purchased in California: Warranties on products purchased on or after July 1, 2023 will commence on the date of delivery of the product (not date of purchase).

Please do NOT attempt to repair eyewear yourself. We may not accept products that have been tampered with for repair/replacement under a manufacturer's warranty.
